The County Brief - Subscription Terms

Last updated: November 2, 2026

These terms apply when you subscribe to The County Brief. By checking the box at checkout, you agree to them.

What you get

Each week you receive a spreadsheet by email of new public-record filings for the county you subscribe to: notices of default and lender lis pendens, estate (personal representative) deeds, and new probate cases, with owner, mailing address, home value, unpaid property taxes and a link to the county record where available. Delivery is weekly, normally on Mondays. If a county posts its records late, delivery may follow a day or two later.

Price and billing

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, as easily as you signed up:

Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.

Refunds

If your first month isn't worth it to you, email us within 30 days of your first sheet and we will refund that first month in full. After the first month, payments are not refunded, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.

About the data

The data comes from public records (county recorder, state courts and county property records) and may contain errors or be incomplete. Check the county record before acting on any row. Nothing we send is legal, financial or real estate advice.

Your use of the data

The sheet is for your own business use. Please don't resell or republish it. How you contact property owners is your decision and your responsibility, including any do-not-call, email, and foreclosure-contact rules that apply to you.
